I have a four year CIS bachelor's degree plus 12+ years of professional experience.
I enjoy learning new languages, frameworks and technologies therefore I have subscribed to multiple weekly newsletters including: Web Design Weekly, Front-End Focus, and CSS Weekly to name a few.
Additionally, I have online learning accounts with Lynda.com, Codecademy.com, Udacity.com, Udemy.com, and FreeCodeCamp.com.
I use Cloud9.io to test out the things I learn from my online learning accounts, and I use Codepen.io to gather new and interesting code samples to save for later. I do what I can outside of work to help me better on the job.
I use both GitHub and Bitbucket for version control.
I even have a Trello board for my own personal projects I need to complete.

HIRE ME!
My interest into programming started when I took my first C# class in High School, I knew I wanted to be a programmer, but at the time wasn't sure what kind. Shortly after getting married I read "Head First: HTML with CSS & XHTML" and decided I wanted to be a Web Developer. I then obtained my Bachelor's in Computer Information Systems, emphasis in Web Development.
I have a strong passion for learning and I continuously grow and expand my knowledge whenever I can.
When not working on any projects I love spending time with my wife and our three boys and one daughter.
HIRE ME!
